Great apartment, good location

Despite ABNB site saying only communicate via website, House of Fisher wanted a direct email address to provide check in details. Did not provide details until 22 hrs before check in after chasing several times. No Phone number to contact. Not advised until asked about parking that you had to register for a parking spot. Would be far better if they could provide details 48hrs prior to arrival to allow suitable planning. Very corporate as you receive a list of what you will be charged for (£150 if you lose the key!!!) Having said that the apartment was better than expected. A few items - very stained work surface behind sink and heater control cover disformed due to overheating were reported when I arrived as I did not want a bill. Nice welcome pack and everything you need is provided except tea towel. Bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious. Ideal location for Basingstoke shops. My stay was quiet and would use again.

Excellent studio as described. Would definitely stay here again if I am in Basingstoke. The only negative I have is the area immediately outside the apartments is a little scruffy but I don’t think one should be put off by that.

A lovely clean studio apartment with excellent proximity to shopping, rail and motorway transportation. Very supportive and responsive team 24/7. Would definitely re-visit should the opportunity arise.
