We had a very nice time in Andri and Leonidas' place. The house is nicely furnished and everything you need is there. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Communication with the hosts worked very well. When we arrived they were already expecting us and were so nice and had already bought some groceries for our breakfast the next day. We had a lovely time in the town of Anogyra, we just underestimated how quiet it is there in April - it was often difficult to find places to have dinner. Luckily, since we had a rental car, it wasn't a problem for us. We can highly recommend “Nicolas Swimming Pool & Restaurant” in the village or just a few minutes’ drive right by the sea “Kyrenia Beach Bar Restaurant”.

We had a wonderful stay at Leonidas stone house in Anogyra! The village is wonderfully quiet and nice to take strolls out in nature. There is a wonderful farm near to buy cheese and yoghurt. Also if you want to visit different parts of Cyprus it is well located to reach everything within an hour. The house itself is very big with nice out door spaces so even in March we could sit outside and enjoy our breakfast and lazy afternoons. There is an ac which can also be used to warm up the house in the colder moths. Leonidas was always easy to reach and answered quickly to any questions. Also he was so kind to provide some breakfast and basic staples. This was so great as we arrived so late and wouldn't have had a chance to organize it ourselves. Thank you !

We loved staying in this sweet home. The house is very nicely decorated, warm & cozy, w/ terrific balconies (3!) and beautiful views. We stayed for Christmas and there were festive decorations & lights. The wood burning stove is wonderful. Everything is very convenient: a winery across the road & the village center just a couple of blocks away w/ a small grocery store. Because it was Christmas the local restaurants were mostly closed; we peeked in at the swimming pool restaurant & it looked so nice. We cooked meals in the house and ended up having a lovely dinner in the village down the road (Avdimou) at Antonis Tavern. The house is very well appointed for touring around Cyprus & the Troodos. Just 20 minutes from the coast. Leonidas was very kind; we locked ourselves out on Christmas day and he was very gracious to come and let us back in! Upon our arrival he had a fire going and he gave us freshly picked tangerines & cookies baked by his yia yia. I highly recommend & hope to return!

Wir sind ein zweites Mal zu Besuch in dem schön gelegenen Haus von Leonidas und Andri gewesen. Die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen. Anogyra hat inzwischen auch eine sehr gute Taverne und in dem zweiten Haus habt ihr sehr nette, höfliche und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Der Troodos bietet super Möglichkeiten zum Wandern.

The village is nice to walk in the morning with some shops. You will need a car to discover the area and to go to other places.
