Kitchen is ideal for entertaining and cooking with a giant island with barstools and plenty of counter space. - Secluded rooftop deck space with string lights, perfect for drinking wine on! - Huge natural windows on every floor provide lots of great light. - Smart TV with access to apps for streaming - no cable. - Washer and dryer in unit. - For those bringing vehicles, there are three options for parking: a private attached single-car garage, a shared lot out back for townhouse use only, and street parking in front. - Located off two major streets, but it is well sound-proofed and quiet. Being so close to various big streets makes getting around town a breeze. - Uber/Lyft rides to downtown are around 10 minutes. - Please note: my home has two full staircases, so you must be comfortable going up and down stairs if you choose to book. - This property is dog friendly and without a fees, but please disclose when bringing a dog. Additional Notes: - Please treat this property with respect as if it is your own. I am certain you will adore it as much as I do! - The entire place will be yours for the duration of your stay. - No smoking allowed, no exceptions.
