This was our second stay at Jane's flat. Found it to be clean and comfortable. Ideally located to explore Eastbourne. Great communication from Jane. will be returning next year. Thank you for a great week.

We had returned to Eastbourne for a special reunion. The accomodation was a perfect location allowing us to attend the events with ease. Access to public transport was extremely easy from the appartment. This with the wonderful welcome we received made our reunion all the more special. Will return in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Jane was very responsive to any questions we had. The flat was in a great location for us and the lounge was a really good size for us and our two kids. Flat was nice and clean too. The parking at the property was a huge bonus too.

The apartment is well situated on the ground floor (a few steps to the communal entrance) with off road parking available. It's a short walk to several cafes and pubs on South Street with a shopping center about 5 minutes away, the seafront is around a 10 minute walk. The apartment is well looked after, with spacious double bedroom and single room with pull out/put up bed if needed. The living room is comfortable with a sofa and arm chairs, access to small patio area and has a terrestrial TV. There is WiFi in the property and separate WC and shower room all well decorated and in good upkeep. We appreciated the hosts quick communication and friendly nature at check in and during our stay. Our only feedback is that the kitchen cutlery and crockery could do with a refresh. Thanks for having us.
