Decent spot for one night stay and for the price, Mr. Frank was cool and responsive to our messages. I was surprised he lived next door too the property but that wasn’t an issue for me.

Previous reviews of this place were mixed so I thought I would give it a try. Host was responsive & check in was flexible & easy. The floors were not swept. There was a broom that was inadequate, but I requested a vacuum & the host provided me with one to use. Limited cutlery, dishwasher in disrepair, dirty dishes on shelf, no hand soap in bathrooms, canned foods are expired. Microwave & tabletops in kitchen looked clean, but with further inspection had dried food on them. I cleaned all these myself, but by the time I got to the shower, it was also dirty with hairs from someone else. I thought to myself, “I’ll vacuum & clean some countertops, but I am not cleaning this dude’s shower”. Worst part though was the noise. From any room it sounds like I was in the middle of I-95. House is at the corner of a busy intersection & street noise was intolerable. Bed was comfortable though and heat worked good. Host charges $25 for cleaning fee. I asked for refund without success.

We enjoyed our stay lacked some kitchen amenities, and the shower wasn’t the cleanest but its a pretty good spot for a whole house.

For those who are skeptical about this Airbnb, the pictures don’t do it justice. This is a beautiful Airbnb, decorated with a nice vintage style and cute lights on a private porch/deck. The parking is immaculate (the parking is my favorite lol) it is a very cute, and well designed Airbnb. The bad reviews on this place shouldn’t be taken serious. Very affordable, very nice, the beds were comfortable, it was clean, and the host was very very nice. I honestly cannot complain, this place was awesome! I am high maintenance as it is, so definitely, BOOK! This is a phenomenal home at a GREAT PRICE! FREE PARKING! Everything you need!
