Studio cabin with sleeper sofa, Kitchen, Bathroom and Deck. Launch your boat at the public launch and dock at our 16 foot slip or just sun on the swim platform. A great way to enjoy summer vacation or the fall foliage. Enjoy ice cream at the local parlor while sitting lake side. Wifi and flat screen tv with streaming services. Studio Cottage. Living area with Memory Foam Sleeper Sofa. Pub table, Kitchen area, Full Size Refrigerator, Bathroom, Deck with Grill. You have use of the entire property. Green space for games, the beach and floating dock to swim and a 16 foot private slip to bring your boat. We own land across the street which leads back to the former railroad tracks. These are now great hiking trail for miles. Great lake property to enjoy the water during the summer or fall foliage in Maine.

Great place, with stunning views of the lake. Very comfortable stay with all amenities. Ron and Katy were very responsive and helpful.
Loved my stay here, Great for a fishing trip, small with one bed but quite cozy and clean as can be. Ron was right there to help me at each step of my stay very responsive and great guy.
Ron and Katy were very friendly. Katy was at their cottage and she went out of her way to introduce herself and give us info on the cottage, they were always a text away for questions. Very clean with lot of amenities we didn’t even expect. Would recommend
The cottage is small but cozy. It was clean and well-stocked with anything you would need. You can see the lake from the deck. The only drawback to the location is that is that it is also close to a road so you will hear some traffic noise.
Beautiful spot, quiet and serene. Adorable little cabin with all the comforts of home. They thought of everything! Have been coming to this place for several years and everyone is very pleasant. Would highly recommend, can’t wait to return!
