Had a great stay here! Pros; The space was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Bedrooms and closets were large. It was nice to have the “social” space on the first floor and the bedrooms on the second floor. Location is great for easy access to the main road/restaurants/things to do. Highly recommend the brewery down the street, Outer Banks Brewing Co. Lots of towels provided. Great laundry and kitchen. Great response time from company! Cons; There’s a bit of lack of communication between the property management company and the pool. The listing stated the pool would be open thru the end of September, and then upon booking we were told it would be closed. Come to find out it’s open every day 11-7 this time of year (mid September). The only other con being the beds. They have the loudest, most obnoxious squeaking noise with every single move you make. Overall a wonderful experience!

Wonderful 3 bedroom home with a fabulous community pool. Two traffic lights to the ocean. Close to the Wright Brothers Memorial and all the places along the beach road. Second year renting here. Will definitely go back.

Condo was not clean to our standards. Day 1- the refrigerator REEKED of a very bad fish smell. The smell never went away after several attempts from us and one attempt from housekeeping to clean it. The smell lingered all throughout the downstairs and into our food in the fridge. It was horrible and an inconvenience. The vents and fans were extremely dusty. The sliding glass doors and front glass door were dirty and noticeably not cleaned. Other than those things, the condo was in okay shape. The couch was a little dirty and the mattress in the primary bedroom needs to be replaced. I would not stay here again in the future.

Great location! Easy mile to the beach, great pool environment for all ages. Close to stores, Kitty Hawk and more. Very helpful staff!
