Overall I would recommend. However, a few issues (1 is probably company policy, the others just poor communication) caused me to rate the stay average. First, they only give you 1 trashbag and 1 roll of TP per bathroom. I’m not saying that we had to make a TP shopping trip while one of our party sat on the throne waiting, but I’m not saying we didn’t. It costs them next to nothing to provide supplies, so I was very disappointed with the lack. Next, communication both on-site and via the app was poor. We went to the community poo and it took about 2 hours for us to be cleared (not through the management company, the attendant just felt bad we were all sitting there). Their description of where to take the trash (community dumpsters) was awful (behind the fence on the south side of the property, actually means OFF the property, across the street by the post office boxes). And several other issues (tvs don’t work, maybe the do, but the instructions were poor) leave us disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was away from the hustle and bustle; it was a short drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

We had a great stay at the Yellow Submarine. The communication before we arrived was simple and sent well in advance of our arrival. The check in process was rigid but easy to understand. It was easy access to the beach and the pool. The house was clean and organized. I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

Exactly what we needed. Community pool was great!
