La casa está muy bien ubicada, es muy bonita y moderna, el edificio tiene mucha seguridad y es amplio.Respecto a la vivienda le falta más cuidados en las persianas, ya que no funcionan correctamente algunas de ellas. Alguna cortina rota y lámpara mal cuidadas. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca restaurantes, supermercado y farmacia. Para ir al centro a 5 min tienen una parada de autobús que les deja en la Plaza de la Marina.
An extremely nice apartment. Very well situated close to the beach, restaurants and transport into Malaga. Very responsive host agents - gave us extra duvets for the beds and sorted out our queries straight away. As noted by others, the apartment is showing its age and needs a refresh and some maintenance work on door handles/locks, window blinds and electrical sockets. That said I think its reflected in the price. No hesitation to book this again in the future.

Great location for walking into Malaga centre. Right on the beach. Very spacious apartment. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. 20min walk to Victoria Kent train station. ‘Easily fixable’ problems we encountered were as follows: Flat main door entry key code system was poor. Air con tripped lights and power so couldn’t be used. Very inadequate amount of kitchen equipment. Electric awning on patio didn’t work. Only one of the 6 outside lights worked. Showers in twin and annexe room had poor pressure and require improvement. Bathroom locks didn’t work. Overall, we were pleased with the location, size and cleanliness but lack of maintenance needs to be improved so this did let it down.
