This was our second stay with Mike & Sue and this time we met Rusty the adorable spaniel as well. Everything that you would need is supplied for a relaxing get away from it all break. Breakfast is superb and the garden is a small haven if you just want to chill. There are lots of things to do in the area and Mike & Sue have a wealth of knowledge that they are more than willing to share.

The best B&B by far! Sue and Mike made us feel so welcome in their home like we were visiting old friends. The room is private and peaceful with everything you need for your stay and the breakfast is a delicious start to the day. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Hands down the best place we stayed out of the four from our trip through Wales. Sue and Mike were wonderful hosts and made us an excellent (and plentiful) breakfast. The location was perfect to explore nearby castles and hiking trails. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip to Snowdonia.

We had a lovely stay at Mike and Sue's B+B. Beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Mike's breakfasts set us up nicely for our ongoing cycling trip! Very clean and nice to have tea/coffee making facilities. Can't fault it. Thanks Mike and Sue!

A perfect weekend spent at Yr Hen Farcdy and the surrounding area was made extra special by Mike and Sue who are the perfect hosts. Always available and attentive to our needs, they struck the balance perfectly between not enough and too much. We also have to mention Mike’s fantastic full breakfast made from local or homemade produce. Absolutely delicious and lunch will not be required!! A wonderfully quiet location only 'disturbed' by the babbling brook running through their grounds, Yr Hen Farcdy is set in the beautiful Snowdonia landscape. If peaceful tranquillity with hosts who genuinely care about your stay is what you are searching for then Yr Hen Farcdy is for you.
