Ample free off-road parking for 3 vehicles at the front of the cottage. Also, if required, an EV charger is located very closeby, a 2 minute walk. **Maximum 4 guests per stay. Ideal for small families, couples or small group of friends. Sorry, no pets allowed** Downstairs... Well equipped kitchen - oven, induction hob and hood, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Tumble dryer in utility room. Spacious open plan living/dining room, catering for 4 guests, with an exposed stone inglenook fireplace with log burner as the focal point - great for cosy nights in. A 40" Smart TV and a selection of books and games, including kids books. Upstairs... a very spacious master king bedroom with a feature exposed stone wall with 2 wardrobes and large dressing table. A large double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. The third single bedroom is available on request at the time of booking. Light and airy with a single daybed, wardrobe and small chest of drawers. A very spacious, modern bathroom - large walk in rainfall shower, a separate double ended large bath with waterfall tap, large vanity washbasin unit and wc. Ambient lighting throughout the cottage to set the mood. Central heating. For the log burner a starter pack of kindling wood/logs provided from beginning of November through to the end of March. Dry kilned logs or heat logs only please, best to bring a supply with you. Please note: we do not provide bath and hand towels, these are to be brought by guests. We do supply in the kitchen: 2 kitchen T-towels and a hand towel and oven glove. Also a bath mat upstairs. We kindly request outdoor footwear to be removed on entering the cottage, and no footwear allowed upstairs at any time. The stairs and bedrooms are all carpeted. Numerous walks from the doorstep, ranging from a 5 minute stroll to a full on strenuous day bagging several local summits and exploring the fascinating slate mining locations. Lakes, waterfalls and wild swimming spots. For biking. Antur Stiniog is just up the road, a short drive is Coed-y-Brenin and the Gwydir Forest. Abundance of lanes and trails to be explored from the cottage. 1 night stays have a £15 supplementary fee, which is charged using the request function by myself, after the booking is confirmed. The charging of electric vehicles from the property is strictly forbidden. If needed, there are 2 EV charging points a 2 minute walk from the property in the village carpark.
