a beautiful place to stay, with stunning surroundings. Lindsay and Mark were very helpful and quick to respond, we had the pleasure of meeting them both and they couldn't more for you if wanted them too! This stay actually ended up being our engagement weekend as I proposed by one of their beautiful waterfalls on the land. Amazing place to stay, better than we could have imagined, highly recommend this place.

Probably my favourite air BnB stay over the years. Amazing place, comfy bed, quiet, incredible starting point to all sorts of fun adventures. Has everything you can think of amenity wise. Hot tub and cinema room were such a plus. Rural location (which is just what one needs to relax and shut off for a bit) - so bring a torch and food if you plan to have a staycation, as local shops are a while away. Their friendly cat eadie was such a fun companion. She’s a little cuddle bug. 🥰 Lindsay and mark were incredible hosts and so helpful and accommodating to all my needs, adventures, and even misadventures. Thank you both!

This place is perfect for a quiet getaway - nestled in trees, by a river with its own waterfall. It's less than 5min walk from parking; from there it's easy to get to all of North Wales. It was v clean & welcoming - with good kitchen, and bathroom that provides delightfully hot showers. The hosts are v responsive + we adopted one of their cats for our stay. The hot tub is large; once it's warm it stays that way for ages. Trust the clear info on how to find the airbnb! We arrived in pitch dark, but still found our way there easily. You *do* need a torch/phone torch, tho - as the delicious isolation that means unpolluted night skies means that it *is* dark. The path is walkable, but it's a normal countryside path with rocks and dips. The water uses a clever filtration system, so hosts provide suitable shampoo etc. You shouldn't put paper down the toilet - but there's a sanitary (and not-gross!) disposal system. We'll be back again. Thanks for an amazing and relaxing break!
