This place gets three stars mainly because of how wonderful of a location it is. It has a direct pathway from the parking lot to the beach making accessing the water easy as pie. There was a nice, relaxing pool that was great for when the beach was too busy. Every activity that me and my partner did in Hilton Head was no more than 10 minutes from the place, and it was surrounded by great restaurants, and a Starbucks that I visited frequently. However, when I had trouble with something, Evolve took hours to respond, and it seemed like an automated message. As well as this, the place looked NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS POSTED. There were the same amenities, so we didn’t feel it necessary to change locations, but the decorations and layout were totally different than what the pictures were. The checkout-instructions were insane. I mean, we basically had to do the cleaner’s part for them except washing sheets and wiping tables. Don’t expect an easy stay. Overall, I would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at many units in this complex over the years and for a couple, the layout of this unit was the best yet. Living room was comfy, kitchen was absolutely stocked, large closet and a washer/dryer was a plus! Checkin was easy and they were responsive. This condo is an end unit, closest to the street but the noise wasn’t loud except garbage trucks in the morning. A few cons: while the bed is very comfortable, minus the pillows, if you move it is very squeaky, to the point it woke us up often. Ear plugs helped but if you are a light sleeper, you will have an issue. The balcony is over the car gate and at night there is a very bright light that shines into the unit, making it impossible to use the balcony at night. Our stay was for 5 nights and we were only left one detergent pack for laundry and 2 rolls of toilet paper, no tissue, so we had to buy more. I feel like the cons are easily fixable and then it be a fantastic option for the future.

We had a great stay! Very close walk to the beach and beach was not crowded which was really nice. Walkable to restaurants and shopping as well. Room has everything you need and looks like it has actually been a little updated since last pictures taken. Queen bed is actually very comfortable, but either the bed or box spring squeaks whenever you turn over. Check-in was fairly easy and instructions were very clear, just make sure to read the house manual as you do have to go to another location to pick up the gate key. Overall would recommend!
