This was the perfect spring break vacation. Great location, literally half a block from the beach, where you can see amazing sunsets. The house was perfect, the kitchen has everything you need, I also love the porch to enjoy coffee in the mornings.

Nice home with great location in a friendly neighborhood. Tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture in den & bedrooms. Only a 1/2-block walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was a plus as well as a yard with privacy fence for my pup. Bring your own beach cart & chairs though. There was no cart & chairs were in terrible shape. Would definitely stay at Wren Cottage again.

We stayed August 31 through September 6. A week into our 2 week vacation on the forgotten coast, hurricane idaia popped up.. We still had 6-7 days left of our vacation. My wife and I along with our dogs had to evacuate to a hotel room in Tallahassee. We spent the evening and next morning hoping to find a place to stay for a least few more days on the coast. The wren house on airbnb popped up.Jamie responded immediately with a fair price. We were able to move right in and pick up our vacation. The important things we look for in a rental is equipped kitchen, clean beds, good showers and linens The house was clean, neat and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and shower felt great after a full day of the beach We prefer to find a good seafood market (shell shack in Mexico beach )and grill the fish for dinners in. The kitchen had good appliances and everything we needed for meal prep. overall stay was great

we can't say enough good things about Jamie's place and Jamie as well. this was our yearly family vacation and the house was absolutely perfect for us. there are wonderful small touches throughout the house that make feel genuinely cared about and thought of and for that we will always send people this way! This house is wonderfully laid out and fit our family of 6+our baby+ our dog to a T. we have gone on this trip a few times and never found a house that really really fit us but this one was PERFECT! We loved the fenced area for our pup and the close proximity to the beach. we knew there would be a little walk but it was less than we imagined and became one of our favorite parts as we were able to catch up and also meet the surrounding neighbors. I could go on and write a book about all of our positive experiences but I will end here with if you think this could be a place for you then it is and you won't regret it at all!
