They did not have my reservation when I arrived. They had received my email but no one had actioned my request. Given that the FIFA world cup in Auckland was on, so there was no accommodation in the city. They found a room that I could have but it smelt like it had not been used in months. The furniture had stains and one of the lights fell out of the ceiling. The shower did not empty properly and the overall cleanliness was not up to standard. I would not stay here again and the phone number attached to the booking was the massage parlour!

A place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Auckland. We were visiting for a concert at Spark Arena and we were able to easily walk there and back for the concert

Great location with most places we wanted to go in easy walking distance. Parking was easy and instructions to gain access were very clear.
