First time staying in the Fort Walton Beach/Destin area. Condo was very comfortable, as an end unit felt private, and what a view! Top floor with balcony overlooking the gulf. Bill's instructions prior to our arrival were detailed and very helpful so we had a good understanding of our visit and amenities before arriving. Easy access to the pool and beach with a pair of beach chairs and umbrella provided as part of the rental. We spent our days on the beach and evenings enjoying the great restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Bill’s place was great for our family. Great location, amenities, and lots to do in the area. Came as advertised. Bill was a great host, very organized, tons of helpful notes prior to arrival and very friendly and communicative.

Bills place was great! We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and the space was perfect. There was easy access to the beach, restaurants within a short walk along the beach, and a quick drive to the grocery store. Bill was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.
