With only a few visible neighbours around, this property has such peace and quiet you can hear the birds singing all day long. The view is breathtaking, especially with the sun rising over the water directly in front of the house which you can watch from bed! The architecturally-designed Studio was only completed earlier this year so has all the luxury mod-cons and everything you need. A sealed driveway and carpark for 1 car enables easy access to this single-level house, however there is one set of stairs down to the house. The ocean front Studio has 1 bedroom with a King size bed (can be split into twin singles; please request), reclining armchair, clothes rack and drawers, heatpump/air-con, and smart TV (with Freeview, Netflix, Spotify, etc). There is a sliding wall between the bedroom and open-plan kitchenette where you will find a dining table and chairs, fridge, microwave/convection-oven, toaster & kettle including complimentary tea, coffee, fruit, cereal/muesli, milk. Another sliding wall opens up to our artists workspace with adjustable couch, extra wardrobe, and large desk where artists are welcome to be creative! Selection of artists works available for sale; please enquire. There is one bathroom including shower, toilet, and a separate laundry with washer-dryer and extra bed linen/blankets/pillows. The house is surrounded with decking and plenty of outdoor furniture such as table & chairs and your very own private outdoor shower! There is also a large shared grass area and Weber BBQ. NOTE: If considering to bring infants or children, you must discuss with us first about suitability and safety.
