This was a perfect last minute booking for us for a quick anniversary get away. The idea of just using the first floor for 2 people is great! The home was roomy, cozy, clean and very comfortable! We would stay the again just the two of us. There is a lot of signs about warnings of fines or extra fees, which takes away from the welcoming feel of the house a bit, but none of the things were out of the ordinary requests. The hot tub was working great and we wish we had more time to enjoy the outside yard area which looked very pleasant! Scott was responsive to any questions as well. Overall a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for our women's overnight and shopping in North Conway. The location was great, a clean and private house with all the amenities and then some. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Nice place but the hot tub did not go over 85 and yes I read the instructions left on the table and the response time from messages was very slow other then that it is good

I am a Air B and B snob, the things that I look for are: cleanliness, comfort, romantic, and amenities such as a hot tub, game room, fire pit, fire place and a yard. I have stayed at Scotts multiple properties which all were amazing. The little touches that makes his properties unique. Always very clean and organized. This place was so cozy. I know people have talked about the amount of rules this place has, but if your staying in someone's home, it should be common sense to respect and abide by the rules. All his properties are great, I would definitely recommend this home. We rented it as a one bedroom, however the basement was all remolded with 8 addition beds, so a whole family could stay here with a total of 12 beds. Great area a five minute walk to downtown North Conway.
