Our first stay at Kate's place and it didn't disappoint. The Annex is nicely set up with very easy self check-in access. Public parking is a 1 minutes walk away only and felt safe. The area is peaceful and quiet. The annex itself was immaculate and cosy with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Clear instructions for heating/wifi etc. On the outskirts of Oxted and within easy walking distance of some great eateries and public transports links to London. All in all a great and convenient place to stay. Look forward to the next time.
