We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in July (2 adults and 2 children). The apartment was available at the agreed time and Carla is a very welcoming host. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was very clean and tidy. The location is great with a supermarket and a bar only a few minutes walk. It is a good base to stay to visit Perugia and Umbria and Carla is readily available to connect if needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily return here again.

The apartment was immaculate, clean, neat and tidy. Carly was very responsive to any question that arose. Great location, close to downtown Perugia via cab. Quiet area with numerous restaurants within walking distance. great place to spend with a couple people. that you Carla.

The host didn't speak English. The washing machine and wifi were not working. When we wrote the host about the wifi, she didn't respond. The parking was completely occupied in the evening, so we had to park near the neighboring pharmacy and move the car early in the morning.

L host Carla si è dimostrata da subito cordiale e molto disponibile alle nostre richieste. Ambiente pulitissimo e ordinato, fuori dal caos cittadino ma a 5 minuti d orologio dal centro. Soddisfatti è dire poco, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
