We loved staying here. The house was perfect for a family get together of 12 people of ages 7-80. The house is very nicely furnished and there is plenty of space for everyone to move around without falling over each other. Large gardens looked lovely but the weather didn't really allow us that much use of them. The kitchen is well equipped with a large cooker and sufficient cookware and seating for a meal for everybody. There are also two fridges so there is plenty of space for all your food and drink. One thing to note is that the only music in the kitchen - which was our main social room - is a CD player so you may want to bring your own CDs or a bluetooth speaker if you want to listen to music in there. We really enjoyed staying here and would happily come again for a similar family occasion.
Wow what an amazing place / we are going to make it an annual occurrence. It was perfect for the 12 of us that stayed and the games room was our favourite room (mine was the kitchen). Oaksmere down the road and was an amazing place within walking distance - food was fab. Jo was accommodating and we loved it. Thanks again x

An absolute gem of a place to stay at! We had a writing retreat at this place and it was just perfect - everyone really enjoyed it. Plenty of space and amenities around the house alongside many rooms to meet, discuss, or just relax. The surrounding areas are beautiful, serene, and make for a wonderful get away. Would 100% recommend to anyone considering this place.

Our properties are all located within our family farm. We have a wonderful old farmhouse and have over the past few years been converting redundant farm buildings into holiday lets. Our holiday lets run alongside our farming enterprise which consists of mainly arable land growing crops such as wheat, barley, potatoes and herbs and we also have a herd of rare breed Longhorn cows. We are very keen on conservation and protecting our land and soils for future generations.
