I usually stay in Shell Residences when I am in Manila but this is my first time staying in VJs place. It is now my favorite due to its cleanliness and comfort. Will definitely book this place again.

2nd time spending my Christmas vacation here at Vj's place. Perfect location to go and explore Pasay-MOA Area. Will definitely return next Christmas!

We enjoyed our stay at VJ's place. It was exactly as advertised, comfortable, and cozy. I appreciated the hanging egg chair so much! It was was comfy there that I was even able to take a nap. The place is accessible to MOA, SMX, IKEA and the surrounding areas, although the walkability is a little limited (this is not the fault of the owner, just stating this from experience). On the ground floor, there are restaurants and an Alfamart where we were able to buy food and supplies. There were also massage places downstairs which is great if you need a relaxing moment during your stay. Overall, I found this place excellent and would recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable place to stay near the MOA area.

We stayed May 8-13,2023. super linis ng place, ang bilis mag reply, very accessible sa MOA. it is our 2nd stay here, surely will be back soon. we had a blast
