The location was remote and difficult to find. The road was was a winding dirt road which was difficult to navigate and slick when wet, a small car is needed. The internet did not work and the electricity was spotty.

Views from this place are amazing and indoor and outdoor space is very nice and the kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. It was easy to pop into Cortona for lunch and shopping. We enjoyed our stay, but a few things to note about the place: The drive up to the villa is very narrow, bumpy and winding. We didn't have trouble with it but would not want to do the drive at night. Wifi only works in the living room which is a small area of the home. It was chilly when we were there in May and there is no heating in the common areas and no additional blankets were available to make it more comfortable. Tap water is not potable and only a small supply was provided. There was only a small supply of toilet paper and dish soap and no hand soap in upstairs bathroom. At the price I would have expected more essential supplies included. You have to walk through 2 bedrooms on main floor to get between kitchen and living room, or go via outdoors. Access to upstairs is outdoors (fine with us)
