Fiona very lovely described how to get there very well. Once there she was right to the door to give the keys and explained how work the room. Besides the cobwebs it was so cosy beds massive. The hot tub is close to the door so its not too bad when getting out and there is nothing around so its a nice view of the sky at night. Would go back :)

Had the best couple nights and will definitely be back. We wanted secluded and private which it absolutely was. Had no one around except the wildlife. We had visits from foxes, deer, grouse and pheasants. Perfect wee place for what we wanted. Not to be disturbed for a couple of days and had all the amenities we needed. BBQ for cooking, microwave, kettle and toaster. Hot tub was fantastic and where we spent every evening chilling with the stars. The seating area inside folds down into a large bed which was comfy and there’s a big tv. Has free Wi-Fi. Fiona is a great host, had everything we needed. Highly recommend and look forward to going back again.

Hot tub was lovely! Friendly host and nice surroundings. Only complaint is the cleanliness, it could have done with a better clean and we found old eye contacts next to the bed.

lovely wee stay and the location was ideal next to the tranquil burn. hot tub was nice a cosy and was privately placed. Does get a bit chilly at night but we had a heater which took the chill out the room. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.
