Great house for a family gathering. Very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet, and the house is located close to I-40. We would rent again, and we would rent any of Thomas’s properties.

Thomas and his wife were so kind and accommodating! There was even a box of Christmas cookies and a Christmas thank you card on the table waiting for us when we checked in which was so thoughtful and a very nice personal touch! The beds were so comfy and cozy. There is so much space and we very comfy and enjoyed our holiday. Next time we come to Memphis, we will be looking to rent from Thomas and his wife. Did I mention the location ? I was quiet and close to everything. thanks Thomas!
