Outstanding location just a short walk to all the sites in historic Savannah! Nicely decorated inside with a charming private courtyard out back. Definitely will be back!

Pros - Close to everything that Savannah has to offer, walking distance to all, parking not an issue, communication was perfect. It is generally a cool little place in the best hood. Cons - We had a fridge issue, that Kevin sorted immediately. The place needs a real good deep clean, nothing that is gross, but it just looks like it has been used regularly, again, nothing that is scary or would stop us going again. The 2 negatives we had were, the internet wasn't strong enough to allow us to work, which we had planned, I had to take my workstation to one of the million coffee shops in the town to get anything done. The other con is the neighbours.... I hate to moan about them because we are fully aware it is a basement apartment, and someone will be living above us, but they were horrendous, coming and going at all hours, constantly banging the front door, playing loud music and smoking on the back patio that comes directly into the apartment. The owner said he is going to speak to them

The location was perfect for us with our two dogs. Having Taylor Square right outside the door was nice for quick walks. Everything was in walking distance. Kevin and Josh were extremely reactive when we had an issue and did everything to help us. This is an old lower level with creaking floors. So you will hear everything upstairs, including people talking. This was a bit of an issue with the dogs but not so much for us. You should also be prepared for Taylor Square is a major stop for tours of all hours. So you will see large groups of people but this wasn’t an issue for us. Just something others should be aware of. Overall I wouldn’t have an issue staying here again.

This apartment was so cozy with lots of space! Really loved everything in the apartment with all its thoughtful additions, including coffee maker. Most of all, we loved the little outdoor space with a table. so peaceful. The location of the place was so central and also on an incredibly beautiful square. Kevin, the host, was really SUPER! Responsive, flexible and thoughtful.
