The king bedded master bedroom has 2 closets; you can use one for your clothes, the other for tubs and suitcases you travel with. There is also a double dresser with 4 drawers for your use, smart tv, and a ceiling fan. The attached bathroom is spacious with shelves for your toiletries and a large vanity with a stool and makeup drawer, plus a hairdryer. The shower offers a bench, toiletries, and Speakman shower head for outstanding water pressure. The queen bedroom with a ceiling fan, is similar in size, with 1 closet and a highboy dresser with 4 drawers for your use. It is close to the main bathroom offering a full tub/shower, shelves for your stuff and vanity, plus a full size washer, dryer, iron and board plus laundry supplies. 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels and washcloths in each bath. Central HVAC and of course there is high speed WIFI throughout. The dedicated work area offers a desk with a keyboard tray, extra monitor, electricity, chair, great light and room for your office essentials. The open floor plan with the dining/living rooms offer comfortable furniture, ceiling and lamp lighting, great windows for natural light and a sliding glass door with screen to the deck offering ever changing view of 3 Top Mountain and the pasture in between. The mostly fenced yard with primarily perimeter landscaping offers privacy, abundant seasonal butterflies and seasonal apples and chestnuts. The backyard is fenced on 3 sides with vegetation on 2 sides, so it feels quite private on the deck. Low and high wrought iron deck furniture including tables, and a small propane bbq, make it a great space to relax, enjoy the butterflies, cows and chickens nearby with drinks and dinner. Cushions are available for outdoor furniture. The kitchen offers cabinet space for your food and other items, microwave, range, dishwasher, and a new refrigerator. In additional to a baking cabinet full of bowls, measuring cups and more, there is a pots and pans cabinet with a lettuce spinner, plus another with baking sheets, casserole pans and more. The corner cabinet offers a toaster oven and a toaster. Wine, beer and highball glasses, coffee cups, dishes and bowls and a full pull out drawer with lots of silverware, knives and serving utensils. The cabinet above the coffee maker offers a large assortment of teas, coffee, plus a blender. The spice cabinet includes the basics and more. 2 additional large drawers offer other kitchen needs including spare batteries and a first aid kit. We have always thoroughly cleaned and disinfected all surfaces including furniture, countertops, molding, all bathroom and kitchen surfaces, floors, remote controls, door knobs, light switches, and more, both immediately following a stay and prior to a new guest to freshen things up if it had been awhile between guests. Of course bedding, towels, dishes and kitchen items are thoroughly washed. Many of our reviews talk about the cleanliness of our property. My husband and I personally clean and inspect each other's work to make sure this home shines. No cross-contamination: cleaning items NEVER travel from room to room, are thoroughly washed after each use. We are not only following but going beyond healthy recommendations.
