The Aska adventure area offers miles of hiking, mountain biking, tubing, and kayaking. Feel free to use the tubes, canoe, and kayaks to explore. The beautiful water and scenery of Lake Blue Ridge and the marina are only a few miles away. The charming downtown Blue Ridge restaurants and shops (as well as several grocery store options) are an easy drive through beautiful mountain views on paved Aska Rd. <b>Things to Know</b> Canoes and kayaks are available for guest use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. <br/>Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours.
