I have stayed in lots of Airbnbs and this one is at the top of the list. Glass House is a unique family home with friendly and gracious hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was the perfect gathering spot in-between our excursions to Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Our hosts were proactive communcoating details and were quick to share insight on local spots to checkout. Arrival and departure were super easy. This is what Airbnb is meant to be.

We were a multi-household family group, and this house served us very well. Maureen and her family did a great job of preparing for us and were very hospitable. We appreciated putting an elderly mother on the first floor bedroom with en suite bathroom. The great room features a ping pong table which we were encouraged to fold up if we wanted-- instead we used it as a large dinner table which was perfect for us! The great room is quite live acoustically, but there are small sitting rooms in several of the bedrooms which gave a quieter place to those who occasionally needed it.

It was fabulous and exactly as described. Maureen is a excellent host, and we'd absolutely stay again if we are in the area.

Unique fun house with lots of space for a larger group. We had 6 adults with plenty of room. Beautiful wooded area with good birdwatching and deer right outside the floor to ceiling windows.
