Very peaceful and beautiful apartment with a great view of the town, mountain and sea. Definitely need a car if staying here, as it's a dirt road up a hill to get here, but well worth it. Loved having the balcony for breakfast and late evenings, and the apartment was plenty spacious enough. Would note that there is no AC in the apt -- only in one of the two bedrooms -- if you prefer a cooler indoor temperature. All rooms have fans and windows that fully open, but it's fairly humid outside.

Javiers place was very peaceful. The view on-top of the mountain over looking the ocean was one of a kind. Great kitchen to cook as well. And the terrace was perfect to eat sip coffee and watch the sunset. There is no AC. But there are friends. Remember you are on the coast so it is humid. Pura vida.

The place was beautiful. Well priced and lots of room. Any issues I had were immediately resolved. Woke up early every morning to see the hummingbirds, sometimes macaws and many other animals. It’s also 5 minutes or less to most of the pick up locations for tours. Only downfall was it can get quite hot in the house during the day with no A/C. Only one room has an A/C. However, this could be common for the homes in Quepos. Overall, awesome awesome awesome place. I would stay here again!

Es un lugar muy precioso, con unas instalaciones en muy buen estado y super limpias y la vista es espectacular, sin embargo, el camino de acceso es por una calle pedregosa en mal estado y muy empinada, deberían informarlo previamente, para uno revisar si su vehículo podrá llegar al destino, mi carro es un SUV mediano 4x2 y se le dificultó subir, terminando en una sanja del camino. Al final nos enviaron un vehículo 4x4 para hacernos el rescate y llevarnos literalmente remolcados hasta el parqueo, muchísimas gracias por esa asistencia.
