Buckeye Adventures is made up of JP, Matt, Cynthia, and Lisa -- long-time friends and (mostly) natives of Ohio, the Buckeye state (and inspiration for the name of our little partnership). We're outdoor enthusiasts always looking for the next adventure and picked the Lost River area as our landing pad for exploring wild and wonderful West Virginia. We took our friendship to a new level when we decided to purchase and renovate this hidden gem of a cabin in the heart of West Virginia's George Washington National Forest. We've kept its original name -- Santi's Lost Stream -- as a nod to Santi, the man who built this classic little A-frame. While the gentle stream that runs through the foot of the property is "lost" through some of the year, it can be found during rainy season when the natural spring source decides to flow. JP and Cynthia live just a few hours drive away in Washington, DC, while Matt, Lisa, and their three boys are a bit further afar in Chicago. When we are not enjoying Santi's Lost Stream and all the Lost River area has to offer, we open up our lovely cabin for guests. We look forward to hosting you at Santi's Lost Stream cabin!
