Great location. Close to the Grant Road railway station and a quality vegetable market. Host described the property nicely. Communication with the building caretaker is bit difficult. Otherwise, things are great.

The place felt just like home, equipped with all the amenities which you need in your daily routine and it's family friendly. The host is very responsive and accomodative. The care taker Bhupendra is very helpful and sorts out all your needs and requests. Summing up, it's a beautiful home to stay in and would definitely like to visit again if need be.

We stayed at Dolly's place for several days across two different times of the month. We expected tea, coffee and milk sachets (not spices) and running water to be provided which is a standard provision of every AirBnB. However, when we brought this to the host's attention, the person who responded became hostile. The water supply to the apartment was cut off for a duration of 6 to 9 hours for several days causing considerable inconvenience. The host was unhelpful when we drew attention to this situation. The airconditioner in the bedroom was not functioning during the latter part of our stay. AirBnB hosts should take customer feedback as an opportunity to improve their service rather than slamming guests when feedback is provided.
