DON'T Book this accommodation!! We arrived to find that the Garden Cottage that we had booked had been double booked. Beth apolgised and offered a room above her own kitchen inside her house up a spiral staircase, with no bedroom door. We went back downstairs and said that the upstairs room was ok however it was not suitable due to the stairs. She became flustered and we gave her some time for her to work things out. She said she would remove the person from the Garden Cottage and move them upstairs. (However, the person renting the Garden Cottage was not there). My partner decided that he wanted his money back. Beth was agitated and said that "she didn't have his money". We called Air b'n'b and we were offered a full refund. I was disappointed as we had travelled 3.5hours for a Easter family function and had to go straight home as we now had no accomodation:-(

Beth's place is very comfy. We spent 1night in the upstairs ensuite room Beautiful gardens surrounding cottage. Lily says woof woof thanks too

I loved my visit with Beth. The room was lovely and just what I had hoped for. I'm a gardener so walking about her place and looking at the different structures, plants, animals, was a treat. Chatting with her made my trip, perhaps more so as I was out exploring the area on my own. I also appreciate both modern and old structures so the room with some antique furniture and the old fireplace combined with the very modern bathroom and spa suited me perfectly.

Our stay with Beth, at the Old Mill was so relaxing and lots of fun for my 4 year old Grand daughter. There was a multitude of different hens and roosters roaming free range and ducks. We were able to enjoy breakfast outside in the gorgeous garden provided by Beth. A short drive into St.Arnaud was also amazing to see the street murals on many of the shop walls and Silo. Definitely recommend a stay here for a home away from home holiday.
