Apartment completely renovated in 2022 is located in the super Montorgueil district, famous for its shopping streets and bars. It has one bedroom with a super comfortable bed and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer. The dining table give you the sensation as if you are in a Parisian Bistrot. You can log in on Netflix with your personal account on the smart TV located in the living room! Located in a courtyard, it is very quiet place :) All the necessary comfort to spend a pleasant stay : - a very comfortable queen size bed - a sofa bed - washing machine - tumble dryer - dishwasher - hair dryer - TV connected to the internet - Fan - USB plug - oven - microwave - fridge Freezer - all cooking utensils - towels - sheets - unlimited wireless internet (WiFi)

Habitat Parisien’s was beautiful and very comfortable. It was in a perfect location that was very accessible to restaurants and stores. When I come back to Paris this will definitely be where I am staying. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality.
Very nice place, bed and sofa bed are very confortables, cushions and down as well. Nicely surprised by the modern style of the flat! Very quiet whyle it's in the heart of Paris close to lot of restaurants and shops. I recommend!

Located in the heart of the capital, the districts of the Marais and Montorgueil allow you to discover the real Paris through their pedestrian streets which are full of shops, bars and typical restaurants. There are many museums nearby.
You will find in the neighborhood and in its walkways very good restaurants, bars, a market of fresh products every day, and all the shops you may need (bakery, butcher, pastry shop, grocery store, supermarket, pharmacie, bank, fishmonger, cheese ...) as well as many theaters..
The street in which the apartment is located is semi-pedestrian.
The metro line 3 - station Sentier is 50 meters away.
At 8 minutes on foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11and 14 there.
Uber, taxi , bus also is available.
