Character limit forces me to focus only on the main issue which was the cleanliness. The room felt very dirty, everything was dusty, the sheets didn't feel clean. We encountered several cockroaches and a huge spider (we only stayed one night). The fridge had a very strong smell. We still gave it the benefit of the doubt, especially with the roaches and spider because it is right next to a swamp so some animals are to be expected. To our surprise tough, after checking out we found out why everything was so dirty. As per the hosts request, we were going to pay the cleaning fee after leaving, at the time we thought this was just so the listing would appear cheaper and just requested the payment be handled inside the platform to which she agreed. But after we left, we got the message that we didn't have to pay the fee because "it was clean". So apparently if it looks kind of ok the room does not get cleaned even if the guest changes. No wonder the room felt so disgusting.
