Very beautiful apartment. Juan Carlos was always quick to answer any questions and make great recommendations for eating. The location was great and we could get to many places to eat. The staff at the apartment were just as friendly. Very easy check-in. Juan Carlos was very accommodating to our schedule. Cannot say enough nice things about him. The only negative i can think of was the air conditioning not working well. We were grateful that the week we visited, last week of April, was not very hot. You may have an issue if you visit when its warmer. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Juan Carlos' place was so wonderful! Beautiful location and home. Juan Carlos was very responsive and accommodated us completely. We so appreciated the neighborhood recommendations and the extra fan you provided! Big thanks also to Bertha, the building manager, and Giovanni, the doorman, for being so friendly and welcoming! This was a lovely stay and we were sad to leave!

Lovely flat - felt super cozy, like staying at a relative's that allows you complete privacy. The neighbourhood it's located in is so beautiful and safe, good for first timers in CDMX. The house is spacious, with central airconditioning located in the living room. Please note that you may have to have the windows open to let the cool into the bedrooms - just a note, as my travelling companion is specific about airconditioning in their bedrooms; for me I am completely okay with ventilation. The place is so comfortable that it's a welcome reprieve after a day of sightseeing. Treat Bertha with respect, she's awesome and takes care of you. I have un poquito espanol but she and I connected well. It's a lived-in neighbourhood so expect sounds of cars from the smaller bedroom as well people going about their day with their dogs. This apartment will help you ease into the city very well! Juan Carlos is SUPER attentive, he made me feel very at ease in our communcations!

Amazing stay in Mexico City! The apartment was cozy and warm, making it the perfect retreat after exploring the city. Its central location meant we were just a stone's throw away from numerous attractions and vibrant restaurants. The comfortable amenities provided a home away from home experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the heart of Mexico City
