We had valuables stolen during our stay. The building is gated & guarded 24/7 but the floor that this unit is on does not have security cameras so unfortunately there is no way to know for sure who is responsible. Additionally, there were no signs of forced entry and the apartment doesn’t include a safe to secure your valuables. We opted to contact airbnb directly and allowed them to handle the investigation since we didn’t know who we could trust in this situation bc it could have easily been someone with access to the building or an intruder that got past security somehow. The hosts themselves were very friendly, responsive, and helpful but we chose not to contact them during this incident for our own safety. We felt very unsafe knowing that anyone could enter the unit at anytime so we left immediately. Overall we would have had a good experience if it weren’t for this safety issue. Until more safety precautions are put in place I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay!!!! It was wonderful to feel surrounded by the beautiful green vegetation while in the midst of the city. We did not need to use the ear plugs and felt that the sound was not bad at all. Communication was excellent and location was perfect. Highly recommend!

We booked this based on the photos, but the view wasn't worth it. This AirBnB is too hot and humid. The instructions say that blasting the AC is the fastest way to cool it down. We sat inside sweating for 30 minutes before giving up. We opened all of the windows which helped a lot, only thanks to the breeze. We had to run to an event and returned around midnight, when we noticed water surrounding the toilet. I cleaned up the water and the following morning I sent a message to the co-hosts. A co-host arrived later, around 3pm and the toilet was fixed by 6pm. It was inconvenient to have an unusable toilet for most of the day. We did not receive any partial refund. We had loud neighbors who were copulating for hours, all the night and morning. Without a breeze, the room was uninhabitable during the day. The listing says that check-out is at 11am. After booking, you read the house rules and see a very strict check-out time at 8am. This is extremely misleading and it affected our plans.

Fantastic, fantastic location. Very walkable to all the best spots. I would definitely stay here again. It did get a little warm during the day since it was on the top floor and has a lot of glass, so wouldn’t necessarily recommend working from here during the day.
