The unit offers 3 private bedrooms; 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full bed. Each bedroom has a closet. WE STRICTLY ENFORCE A MAXIMUM OF 6 GUESTS (INCLUDING KIDS) AND 2 VEHICLES. This is to ensure an enjoyable experience for guests in all 3 of the units on property. If you are found to have more than 6 people at the house you will be fined and asked to leave. A note about utilities in Puerto Rico // Please be aware that across the island our utility systems are fragile. Our neighborhood has a reputation for having consistent power and water, however occasional outages are beyond our control. We do have a 400 gallon backup water cistern available for guests. At this time we do not have a back-up generator. However, we do supply flashlights and battery lights for our guests.
