We loved this house! We stayed with our friends’ families. We go every year for memorial weekend and this was one of our favorite houses collectively . Having an end unit is great with no one on one side . Privacy being at the end of the golf course and lush greenery. Vahid the owner was very responsive when our A/C went out in two rooms and got someone out the next day. Checkin was super easy. No problems with adding people at the gate. The covered patio is plenty big with a large picnic table and outdoor sofas in front of the fire place. Nice little grass areas on either side of the house which you don’t typically get at these types of properties on the golf course. We did find that the kitchen utensils were a little lacking and we like coffee and there was only a keurig so plan ahead. With a house that can accommodate 10+ people, little things like having a four slot toaster and a normal coffee pot go a long way. The pool app was fancy and tricky but we tried our best. Overall we are definitely renting here again! It was awesome!

The Cherry Ball Estate is absolutely amazing! I rented the house for my bachelorette weekend (we were all over 30 so a mellow bachelorette) and this property was perfect! The location can’t be beat! On a gorgeous golf course with no one on one side of the house. It was awesome! There are 5 bedrooms with 5 full bathrooms plus a powder room (necessary if you have lots of ladies getting ready). The master bedroom and bath were huge but the other bedrooms and casita were all generously sized so everyone was comfortable. The outdoor covered area was great for meals and the kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to cook. The pool and jacuzzi were fabulous and we definitely took advantage of them! Kirsten was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was responsive with any questions and helped make our stay seamless. I can’t wait to come back!
