Great all around.
Great place to work remotely. Had a very nice stay. If there is a guest in the unit next door you can hear some noise, but that did not bother me at all.
The most we spent at Sonja’s place was at night, because our purpose for visiting Colorado was to see our grandson, so we spent most of our waking hours at his house. Sonja’s place was easy to access and a comfortable place to sleep. There was no noise within the rest of the house or even the neighborhood. The apartment was a small one bedroom, which was perfect for the two of us. We did not use the washing facility, which was behind a locked door in a common area. The only thing we wished we had was control of the thermostat, but they did offer magnetic vent covers, if needed. We can’t say much more about the house, because we were gone more than we were there, but we appreciated finding this house 7 minutes from our grandson.
Great little apartment. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Entrance to apartment is too dark and steep for night checkin. I tripped because the light didn’t come on quick enough to know there were stairs. Also walls are very thin. You are literally staying in someone’s basement so you will hear music upstairs or people next door. I was in the unit most the time but if you are out and about most the day it would be perfect for you. Very quiet at night.

My spouse and I are avid travelers and wanted to extend our homes to others who like to get away or stay in comfort for business travel! We have a home in Denver, CO, Manhattan, NY, Panama City Beach, FL and the Hamptons. Denver: In Denver our home is 5,000 sq feet and the 3rd floor/garden level has two 600sq ft apartments with full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath and laundry room with new amenities. Each apartment has a private entry as it is above ground and guests come and go as they please with complete privacy. When we are not there we also Airbnb the main house. Manhattan: Our 1800 sq ft luxury apartment in Manhattan, NY sleeps up to 6 and is available when we are away! It is on the 3rd floor of an 8 floor newly built building and was 3bd, 3bth, now 2bd,3bth with large kitchen and living room. We decided to make a chefs kitchen open to the living room with a 16 ft island that is WOW! Westhampton Beach: 2500 sq ft Waterfront property set on 1 acre with 48x20 ft gunite pool and hartru tennis court. It is our weekend retreat 4bd, 4 bth and sleeps 10. These are all amenities that we enjoy and I adore taking care of our guests day to day needs whether in person or online with remote staff available. About Us: My spouse is a Chief Executive Officer for an Investment Management firm, prior Norwegian Air Force veteran, adjunct professor and brings the Norwegian way of sustainability to our hosting experience! I am a previous Senior Engineering Consultant within communications solutions, Air Force operations and intelligence veteran, and a former fashion model. I offer the design and management elements to our hosting experience. We enjoy traveling, golfing, volunteering, developing properties, skiing and sailing with our combined family of four children, ages 16, 12, 11, and 9 in 2018!
