Private parking & entrance, queen memory foam mattress, steam sauna, kitchen and laundry supplies, and desk and high speed wifi for telework. Minutes from Skydive New England, Prospect Hill Winery or McDougal Orchard. 30min to Portsmouth NH, Maine beaches, and Lake Winnipesaukee. Just over an hour to the White Mountains, Portland ME or the Boston area. You can expect peace & quiet, with no neighbors above, below or adjacent with shared walls.

Wonderful place in the woods. I would gladly stay here again.
Had a lovely stay at the Rose Cottage! We were only here for a few hours but wish we could’ve enjoyed it longer. Everything was super clean and the space was very cozy. Rob was super responsive and self check in was easy. He even left us a note and made us feel so welcome!
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable and the sauna made the trip extra special. We had a great time escaping real life for a little bit! They were extremely helpful with questions, as well.

Car is the only way to get around the neighborhood. C&J bus terminal 20 mins away in Dover can get you to Portsmouth NH, Newburyport MA, Boston Logan Airport or South Station.
