Indoors you’ll enjoy the living room’s Smart TV over a gas fireplace and the sleek, modern furnishings. There’s plenty of space to sit at the unique bench dining table with supplemental seating at the kitchen’s breakfast bar. With its updated stainless appliances, gas range and bright, open vibe, the kitchen is an efficient, pleasant spot for meal prep. A downstairs bonus room gives you space to retreat for quiet conversation and also serves as an effective 4th bedroom with its queen sofa sleeper. The upstairs bedrooms, including a king suite with two toddler beds and a Smart TV, give everyone space for a good night’s sleep. You’ll need it, given your proximity to so many of Bend’s wonderful outdoor activities—Meadowbrook is near Tetherow and Widgi Creek Golf Courses, a mountain bike and hiking trail right out the back door takes you down the Deschutes, the Old Mill Shopping District is four blocks away and downtown is five minutes by car. The good in my opinion: Location & Communication House layout, space, and amount of dishes/kitchen utensils. The house is big and open. Well-lit w/ lots of spaces. More dishes/cookware than expected but pots/pans had damaged non-stick and rust in the teapot. Well-stocked & Comfy beds Dog friendly (w/ fee) but path behind short backyard fence. The Bad in my opinion: Dirty hot tub & hot tub use only allowed until 10pm (learned on arrival). Yellow/grimy film above and below waterline. Resolution took 2+ days of use off my trip. Cleanliness. Patio/bbq/tables are dirty. BBQ grimy/dirty utensils. Dirty sliding window/door sills. Grimy stains on walls. Stains and knots in blinds (can’t close all the way on sliding door). Dirty garage. Diaper cream spatula found in the kitchen drawer! Ants in kitchen for my stay. Lacking Backyard/Hot-tub Privacy. Short fences. BBQ ignitor failure. Delayed entry & Parking. Incorrect code provided. Driveway much smaller than expected.
This was one of the more unpleasant Airbnb stays that I have had. For the amount of money we paid we would expect clear instructions to enter the home, but there were none. When we finally spent a lot of time getting into the home, we were met with a filthy, hot tub with a disgusting film around the edges, an outdoor patio area that hat looks like it had not been cleaned for weeks, barbecue that was littered with grease— so our vision of a luxury patio evening experience was pretty much destroyed. Then at night cheap linens, squeaky beds, no window coverings in the master room created a 4:30 AM wake up call by the sun made for a rough night sleep and cranky people …the list goes on. Unfortunately, this is one of those airB&Bs that a management company runs and does not have a lot of personal attention and needs somebody to have a close look at things. Hopefully by the time you read that they will have fixed them

Great spot close to everything. Very clean. Easy check in. Overall I highly recommend the spot.
This is a lovely spot and location for spending time at Mount Bachelor and exploring Bend. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has all the basic amenities one could need. Would definitely stay again.
