Marika's place is beautifully appointed and worthy of a design magazine. With just the right amount of natural light, a porch with a table and. chairs (with a good view of the Greco-Roman theater [and museum] across the street, tasteful lighting, and handsome, comfortable furniture, my stay there was most pleasant and relaxing. The kitchen is especially well stocked with cooking implements, dishes, plates, drinking vessels, as well as a gas oven, microwave, and toaster; it's really a full kitchen that suits an avid home cook. The location is superb, within easy walking distance to the historic center of Palermo. I cannot recommend this loft highly enough.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Marika's apartment, which is exactly as depicted and is a short walk to the historic centre and fish market area.

We spent an amazing month in this wonderful apartment. The amenities really covered everything needed to feel like an actual lived in apartment. Filled with light, excellent layout, killer location. We can't imagine a better place and space to spend our time in Catania. Marika was very responsive to all our needs in the few instances we needed to reach out. Really just sad we are not still there.
