The price of the stay accurately describes your stay and experience you will have. Very clean and well put together/ organized place . Quiet surroundings . The place sits on a very STEEP hill which makes the room slant and hard for the door to stay closed which I would have loved to know a heads up on but other than that the house is accurately described in pictures. Very comfortable bed and great amenities for the price. The shower curtain had red rust in it which i wouldn’t expect from an air bnb . The host/ hosts had very slow response time and check in was extremely late around 4 pm . I’m not sure if the mistake was on my end while booking but accommodation to an earlier check in was pretty much non existent. From New York or terminal 5 which is where I needed to go the Uber prices were EXTREMELY high 60-70 there and back . If you’re looking for a place outside of New York to save money on a one night in a hotel. You’re going to spend that much on travel from here anyways. 3/5

My stay at North Bergen was overall very nice! It’s kinda close to NYC, had no problems with transportation. As for the cleaning part, kitchen and bathroom were always clean! Our room on the other hand was dusty when we first came in and very cold but with good communication with the hostess that changed as she immediately helped us. Just one noticeable thing was the smell from the kitchen (I guess), after a couple of days we got used to it but I suggest you do something about it! Overall it was very nice, nice people, clean bathroom and kitchen always! That was a good choice!

Tarif relativement intéressant en comparaison des autres logements sur New York et ses environs, nous avons été déçues de notre expérience dans ce logement. Nous savions que l’appartement était à partager avec d’autres voyageurs mais la configuration de celui-ci n’est pas adaptée à ce fonctionnement : salle de bain unique avec les toilettes, propreté de celle-ci à revoir, chambres mal insonorisées (avec une bouche d’aération très bruyante et fonctionnant en continu pour la nôtre), cuisine qui manque d’équipements, mal organisée et des plats mal lavés (certainement dû à une négligence de la part de précédents locataires mais il appartient aux propriétaires de s’assurer du respect des règles de vie en communauté et de la propreté des équipements de leur logement). Néanmoins, le logement est plutôt accessible depuis NYC (30/40min de bus) et la literie est confortable ! Ces conditions peuvent s’expliquer par le prix relativement bas et la vie en communauté mais soyez-en informés !
