Katie's place is a beautifully designed, good-sized studio. Immaculate big bathroom with bath and shower. We were made very welcome and lots of thoughtful extras were provided. The heating system is very effective. Lundin Links is a quiet place, although has shop facilties and nearby pub and restaurant. On the beach in 5 minutes, straight onto the Fife Coastal Path. We loved it! Thanks Katie.

Katie is such a sweet & friendly host. We truly appreciate her warm hospitality & her generous offer to be my son’s local emergency contact in Scotland (he just started uni in Scotland and we are from Singapore) 😍 The place is very cozy and has practically everything a home needs. The neighbourhood feels extremely safe, hence I usually don’t close/ lock my door till nighttime. 😁

Lovely place to stay, with a very short walk to the beach. Katie was excellent, and we really appreciated the treats left for us and also the recommendations for places to eat. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Katie was extremely helpful and responsive to messages, we contacted her before booking to ask for additional help and she accommodated with ease. On arrival, Katie was very welcoming, helpful and friendly - whilst allowing us to settle in and enjoy the space. The annex was perfectly equipped for all your needs and more! Especially when we forgot some essentials. Katie even got us some essentials like milk etc which really helped as we arrived later than expected so we as very appreciated. I can’t recommended Katie and her property enough, we really enjoyed ourselves and the beach was a minute walk. Huge dog friendly which is a so hard to come by, the garden was perfect too. Easily an enjoyable property with a young baby too.
