This property is huge with amazing nature views. The river which runs through the property is very peaceful. The waterfall is the highlight of this place. Thats about it for the good part. There were many issues at the place which makes it not worth the price. 1. When we reached the water pump at the house wasnt working leading to no water in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. We brought this to the notice of the caretakers who responded promptly and called an electrician, however they couldn't repair the pump. Because of this 8 of us were forced to use a single bathroom. Though the host acted on this , these things which are basic necessities should have been checked prior to our arrival so that we would not have been inconvenienced. The one working bathroom the diverter for the tap wasnt working so there was only water coming from the shower. The heater in the washroom worked for just 2 mins and after that only cold water was available. 2. The switches in the bedroom below were all not working so we could only charge our phones in the kitchen. Many of the switches were missing with only holes in the wall and wires visible(i sent these pictures to the host) 3. The fan in one bedroom was making alot of noise leading to which the kids and their parents sleeping in that room were not able to sleep for both nights and became cranky. 4. The house was dusty. The furniture, cupboards, linen, board games mentioned were all dusty so couldnt really be used 5. There were broken mirrors and glass in the house which were dangerous for kids 6. The road in the property leading to the river was completely filled with moss. It was so slipperly that we couldnt walk and had to take the car just to go to the river. My 70 year old mother slipped and nearly fell initially when she tried to walk 7. The treehouse which was mentioned in the airbnb page was so dirty that you couldn't enter it with rats running around. The stairs leading up to it were broken so it was dangerous climbing it as well. I later informed the host about it who just said it was not supposed to be used at all. 8. The bridge leading to the fishing pond was broken so that couldnt be used as well. 9. The infinity swings and swings in the garden were not present at all. 10. Lastly the caretakers were very helpful throughout our stay but you need to be careful as they tried to cheat us at the end. After we returned i communicated to the host all these issues to which she responded they will try and sort things out, however when I asked for a part refund the host first said all these things were out of her control and stopped responding to me. This is a very good place to go with friends especially because of the river and the waterfall however going with family is a big no no. Also the price is not worth it at all.

Beautiful property. Nayaab was very quick in responding and very helpful. The river through the propery makes everything better and exciting!

This place is a 10/10. The villa stood tall and gorgeous amidst raw nature. We, a group of 10 people looking to spend New Years together, arrived late in the evening after a long ride. But we were warmly welcomed by the caretakers who helped us settle in - instantly making our long journey worth it. The staff were resourceful and friendly. They offered us to cook our meals throughout our stay, and pro-actively helped us around the property whilst respecting our privacy. Although there are not many images of rooms, interiors, etc., the villa is beautiful on the outside and the inside. Lavishly decorated, sparkling neat, well-equipped and homely. Well-maintained garden, lawn, terraces & the internal infrastructure contributed to the many unique propositions of our stay. And these are not even the best part about this property. The establishment lies on the banks of a serene river with a private viewing-gallery alongside the riverbed. Your trip is incomplete without dipping your feet in the river and being lost in a trance. Our trip to Reviera Farms has left us homesick. The pics do not do justice to what's really out here to experience. 10/10 would recommend, and we would absolutely plan another trip - just for a closure. Hands down, this was the best New Years trip, thanks to this under-rated property.
