We spent about 30 mins trying to unlock the key box. Rang the 1300 & the mobile number but no answer. We thought the pin was wrong but eventually with a lot of force it came open. Very stressful. We had the same problem locking up when we vacated. The front door & balcony doors were hard to open to the point you had to use a lot of force... safety concern. The downstairs toilet smelled aweful. The upstairs bathroom very dated and basic. No pics on their site & can see why. The whole place needs a good clean...windows, lights, couches, oven! Dishes left in dishwasher. The gas heater needed to be lit with a gas lighter but that was out of gas so we had to go buy one. We spent about an hour trying to follow the instructions to light it & messaged the propery manager who said its a bit "tricky". Needs a service. House not worth the big money we spent. Needs a lot of maintenance & a good clean.

It was amazing to have a pet friendly AirBnb to be able to bring our pup. We loved the beautiful view from the second floor and the bathtub, and the beach proximity would also be amazing in the warmer months especially.

I would not recommend. It's worth less than half the price listed. Photos make it look much nicer than it actually is. Run by property managers who don't take good care of the place. The place needs heavy maintenance and a deep clean. Really poor quality renovations done on some of the place. Downstairs toilet smells like an old dirty public urinal.
