Andrew was very approachable, friendly and communication was easy. We had interesting conversations when we were together in the common areas. The bedroom was nice, and the mattress/pillows were VERY comfortable. Location wise, super convenient for me, as it was less than 5min walking into St. John’s Campus. I strongly recommend this place it to anyone. Thank you so much, Andrew. It was a pleasure.

I would recommend this place for students. The proximity with St John's University and Manhattan makes this place very convenient. As an ancient teacher, I found Andrew advises and tips relating to schooling and higher education very interesting. Andrew is an excellent communicator and I really enjoyed our various conversations we had regarding a wide range of subjects.
