This was my family’s fourth year staying in Nathan and Courtney’s beautiful home! Nathan was so helpful and quick to respond (we had a brief—very uncommon—issue with the water this time and he had a plumber come resolve it within the hour!!). The pool was gorgeous and perfectly maintained as always. We love this house and hope to be back for as many summers as they keep renting it!

This is truly a perfect place to escape to. We loved that the location is close enough to Old Chatham, Kinderhook and Chatham that we could easily run out for dinner or supplies. We spent the majority of our time in the pristine pool. It was such a treat during a heatway to jump in to a beautiful pool whenever we wanted. We had most of our meals in the screened in porch, which quickly became our favorite room. I loved that there was no television there, it ensured that our family read more books and spent a lot of time outside. We can't wait to go back!

As we told Nathan, we loved this very special home. It was a perfect slice of the Hudson Valley area. Perfectly appointed and the added availability of the pool. It was perfect for my family members as we gathered nearby at my sisters home… I will mention that this home is designed for an adult vacation. Would not recommend for a family with young children.

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at Nathan's charming Hudson Valley farmhouse. The interior is spacious yet cozy, and filled with books, art, and thoughtful decorative touches. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. Of course the star of the show is the beautiful pool and lush outdoor surroundings, where we spent several happy, slow late-summer afternoons. Overall lovely stay in this charming home in a beautiful upstate setting, hosted by the very communicative and responsive Nathan. Perfect retreat from the city.
