The host was very helpful and helped me check in when I arrived unexpectedly early (front desk is only open during check-in hours). The price was reasonable for a weekend during the festival and the atmosphere was nice and quiet.

The market in PS can be tight - this is easily the most ‘challenged’ AirBnB we’ve stayed in. Old, tired, noisy, dusty - definitely not worth the $200+ rate. Water pressure was horrendous, bedding and towels were cheap. Hosts did their best and the property exterior was well maintained. A little investment in the interior would go a long way.

The pool area is great! the host and other staff were very friendly and helpful. the place is nice, but it is a bit dated. It's not a luxury resort, but it was everything we needed it to be.

Lovely place and people. I will stay here again the next time I’m in Palm Springs. Highly recommend.
